How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Malaysia. West Malaysia usually takes about 1 to 5 business days and East Malaysia about 3 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. See Shipping & Returns for the details.

How do I track my order?

Enter your order number and email on our Track your order page to see where your parcel is. The link in your shipping email and Your orders in your account show the same progress.

How can I pay?

FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, debit and credit cards, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay and others) and Atome, all on CHIP's secure payment page.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unused and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Sale, discounted and As-Is items and accessories are not eligible unless defective. To start, email [email protected] with your order number. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page lists its sizes. If you are between sizes, write to us with your measurements and we'll help.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

Not yet. We deliver within Malaysia only for now.
