This policy explains what personal data PUTERI collects when you shop with us and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or create an account, your order history, and your email if you sign up for our letters.

We do not see or store your card or banking details. Payments are handled by CHIP.

How we use it

To take payment, deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns, and answer your questions. If you subscribe, to send you our letters, which you can leave at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: CHIP (payments), EasyParcel and its couriers (delivery), and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs for its part.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, your sign-in and your wishlist working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we'll respond within 21 days.
